We take constant care in all aspects of the production of our pizzas, starting with the most important point: the pizza dough.

Meticulously prepared by the Chef, “his reserved domain”, rolled out by hand in front of your eyes, it is topped with quality ingredients before being cooked in accordance with the rules of the art.

Casa So’So is also the opportunity, in La Tranche-sur-Mer, to discover authentic Italian cheeses and charcuterie on your takeaway pizzas.

To accompany your takeaway pizzas, we also offer Italian wines, beers and soft drinks.

Casa So’So was born from the desire to share with everyone our taste for authenticity and traditional Italian pizza making.

We take constant care at all stages of the production of our pizzas and we use quality products that benefit from various European labels (DOP, IGP) for our artisanal pizzas.

Imported from Italy, the DOP and IGP products benefit from a quality label recognised at European level, which ensures protection of their origin, flavour and recognised know-how.

Indeed, the denominazione di origine protetta, or protected designation of origin in French, can only be obtained after compliance with strict specifications, which require that the products be produced according to a traditional method within a delimited geographical area.
